For the purposes of the provisions in the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 of April 27th, Parliament and the Council, and the national regulations in force (LOPDGDD 3/2018), GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL DIGITAL MULTIMEDIA, S.A. (hereinafter ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL) informs you that it fully complies with the current legislation regarding the protection of personal data and with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity. ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL informs you of the existence of a data processing system, of which it is the owner, for the purposes of management, communication, and information. This system is described in the corresponding Data Processing Activities Register of ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL.  

SECURITY MEASURES:

ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL has taken the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the information, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to prevent, as much as possible, loss, unauthorized processing or access, thereby ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.  

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

The security measures that ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL has described in the Data Processing Activities Register will be applied to the entire set of assets of the information processing system where personal data is processed, in order to comply with current legislation on data protection. All personnel hired by ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL and its Data Processors are required to comply with this regulation, with special attention to their functions and obligations, including the duty of confidentiality, which will be duly determined by ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL.  

DATA COLLECTION:

The acceptance of these conditions requires the collection of essential data from the user to provide services, which will be requested through forms on the website. When data is collected, the user will be duly informed of their rights. To keep the information in our data processing system up to date and error-free, we ask our customers and users to promptly communicate any modifications or rectifications to their personal data.  

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS:

CONSENT:

The user gives their consent for ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL to use their personal data in order to properly fulfill the contracted services. Completing the form included on the website or sending emails or other communications to ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL implies the user’s express consent to include their personal data in the data processing system. At the time of requesting this information, the user will be informed of the recipient of the information, the purpose for which the data is collected, the identity and address of ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL, and the user’s ability to exercise their rights of access, objection, rectification, cancellation, deletion, opposition, portability, limitation of processing, and to file a complaint with the AEPD.  

TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES:

ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL does not transfer personal data without the express consent of its owners, which must be granted on each occasion.

The data collected in all private communications between ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL and users will be treated with absolute confidentiality. As the Data Controller, ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL is committed to the duty of confidentiality regarding personal data, the obligation to keep it secure, and to adopt all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access, as established by current regulations. Furthermore, any information exchanged between the parties that is agreed to be confidential or is inherently confidential will be treated as such. Viewing data over the Internet will not provide direct access to it, unless there is express consent from the data subject. We recommend that customers do not share their identification, password, or reference numbers that ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL may provide.  

CHANGES IN SECURITY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION:

ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy to adapt it to new legal or jurisprudential developments, or to changes derived from existing codes or corporate strategic decisions, with effect from the date of publication of such modification on the ADM GRUPO AUDIOVISUAL website.
