ADM Group presents “Estela”, an animated short film that promotes Andalusian talent

Grupo ADM, in collaboration with the Granada-based company Rokyn Animation, has released “Estela”, an animated short film that highlights Andalusian talent and creativity. Coinciding with the “Day of Women and Girls in Science”, the presentation took place at the Cervantes Cinema in Seville with the support of Canal Sur Radio and Television and various departments of the Andalusian Regional Government.

The event was attended by institutional representatives such as Antonio Sanz, Minister of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification; José Carlos Gómez Villamandos, Minister of University, Research and Innovation; Arturo Bernal, Minister of Tourism and Andalucía Exterior; and Patricia del Pozo, Minister of Culture and Sport. This support underlines the commitment of the institutions to the growth of the audiovisual sector in Andalusia.

“Estela” tells the inspiring story of an Andalusian girl with the dream of traveling to space, reflecting the spirit of self-improvement and the creative richness of our community. The production has been supported by public-private entities, including the IFMIF-DONES project, a particle accelerator in Granada that represents the largest scientific infrastructure in Spain. Antonio Sanz highlighted the work of “more than 50 Andalusian professionals” in this project, which demonstrates the region’s capacity to develop large-scale productions. He also pointed out that “we have a powerful film and television sector, we have Canal Sur TV and even a Cluster with the main companies in the audiovisual sector that promote projects like this one”.

Gustavo Fuentes, president of the LAND Cluster and CEO of Grupo ADM, said that “Estela” is a clear example of Andalusia’s potential in the audiovisual industry. “We are demonstrating that our land is a place to dream and materialize those dreams, even reaching for the stars,” he stressed.

Juan de Dios Mellado, general director of Radio and Television of Andalusia, has encouraged the public to enjoy the short film through the CanalSur Más platform.

This launch reinforces the positioning of Andalusia in the animation and audiovisual production sector. With a team that has won two Goya Awards and the recent Carmen Award for Best Animated Short Film, Grupo ADM continues its commitment to innovation and excellence in each of its projects.
