Purpose: Management of your application in the Company’s selection process.
Legal basis: Satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, consisting in managing your application with a view, where appropriate, to hiring you as an employee of the Company (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Likewise, we inform you that, in order to carry out your selection process, we may communicate your data to other entities similar to GRUPO ADM, for the same purpose.
Legal basis for the transfer: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
This transfer of your personal data to third parties requires your consent. Therefore, we expressly request your consent to transfer your personal data to these third parties, which you can provide by marking the box below with an “X” in the box “I authorize the transfer of my data to other entities similar to GRUPO ADM” (if you do not mark any option, we will not transfer your data).
The personal data you provide will be kept for 24 months following receipt of your application, or its last update, and will subsequently be blocked during the statutory limitation periods to address any possible liabilities. Once these limitation periods have elapsed, we will completely erase your personal data.
We inform you that you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, or the right to data portability of your personal data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
